Bruce Paterson, Ll.B. MAICD

Bruce has had an extensive commercial, legal, public company director and company secretarial career, primarily with ASX listed companies and their subsidiaries in Australia and internationally. Following 16 years of broad corporate responsibilities with Newcrest Mining, a major Australian based international gold mining company, Bruce has spent the past 20 years providing non-executive director, legal, company secretarial and commercial consultancy services to a range of private and public companies, both ASX listed and unlisted, in the mineral resources, energy and innovative technology sectors.

JOHN FORWOOD

Business Development. Oversight of technical aspects of Red Mud project.

John Forwood, Ll.B. (Hons) B.Sc.(Hons, Geology) M.AusIMM, MSEG

John is an experienced natural resources investment banker and fund manager. He combines a global resources network with geological training and financial know-how to find and implement deep value emerging resource investment and financing deals. He has worked as a geologist in Africa, Asia and Australia and has 18 years experience in resource investment banking in London and Australia. Most recently he was an executive director of RMB Resources, the resources investment banking division of Rand Merchant Bank of South Africa, where he was the principal representative for dozens of international equity, quasi-equity and project finance deals in the resources sector.

JULIAN BARTLETT

Provides strong relationships with Jamaican stakeholders. Rodinia and RMJL founder.

Julian Bartlett, B.App.Sc . (Geology) Hons, M.Sc (Economic Geology) MAIG, RPGeo

Julian has 26 years international exploration and mining experience for precious metals, base metals, “exotic” metals, mineral sands, and diamonds. He has worked in diverse geological environments around the world including Australia, Indonesia, Central Asia, China, and Jamaica. Julian has held several senior exploration management positions with ASX listed companies. Most recently he has led the geological team completing the feasibility study on the major Tujuh Bukit deposit in Indonesia.
